Vít Hlaváč for the 20th km walk eleventh in Europe under the age of 22 in an excellent personal record of 1:26:55 pm !!! Czech walking is alive !!! 

Vít Hlaváč ended the dream weekend from the point of view of the Czech national team with a completely unexpected 11th place in Europe in an excellent personal record of 1: 26:55 on a 20 km walk in Gävle, Sweden.

HEAD UNDER 0488After Friday's bronze Anežka Drahotová at the World Universiade in Naples and after Saturday's winning campaign of our teenagers and teenagers thanks Eliška Martínková during the international match in Trnava, ended this weekend of dreams from the perspective of the Czech pedestrian team Vit Hlaváč, when he unexpectedly won the eleventh place in Europe in the category under 22 years !! BRAVO!!! 

A total of twenty-one competitors, including ours, started the men's 20-kilometer walking race Vít Hlaváč. Before his own race, Vít Hlaváč had the worst person of all the starters, but he played this unenviable role to the number one underlined number one !!!!

Shortly after the start, the Turk Salih Korkmaz separated from the rest of the starting field, who was chased by a group of pursuers with the biggest favorites. For a long time, it seemed that Korkmaz would make its efforts to the golden end, but in the end, the Russian favorite Vasily Mizinov, who ran for gold in the time of 1:21:29, got in front of him. However, Salih Korkmaz could also be satisfied with the silver and the new national record of 1:21:32. The representative of the British walking school Callum Wilkinson won the bronze for 1:22:33.

Hlaváč started the race from the back positions and gradually moved forward in the order, reaching a very solid eleventh place. In addition, he improved his personal record from this year's Poděbrady by two minutes and one second, when he passed the finish line in 1: 26:55!
