In Milovice at 10km the fastest Vít Hlaváč in the personal record 42: 49min and Anežka Drahotová in the training time 49: 19min.

As the excellent moderator of the race Tomáš Kratochvíl aptly remarked: "so today we only lack snow here", this is exactly the weather, first the rain, which was replaced by the sun about halfway through the race and made a nice "steam" on the road, which was reflected in most competitors significant slowdown in the second half of the race. A record number of 73 competitors on the 10km track will certainly sign it.

IMG 2019IMG 2015He became the clear winner of the 10km race Vit Hlaváč in a new personal record 42: 49min!! At the same time, he showed and managed several things at once: firstly: great form before the European Cup (18.5.2019 Alytus, 20km), secondly: to beat this year's two-time Czech Champion (20km, 50km) Lukáš Gdula, thirdly: technically absolutely perfect style !! Congratulations !! Second in line Lukáš Gdula 44: 42min, but he also managed several things, firstly: excellent tuning before the European Cup (18.5.2019, 50km), where, unlike Hlaváč, he tramps 50km, secondly: to withstand a big onslaught (in a single second!) of the third Tomáš Hlavenka 44: 43min. Anyway, we keep all our fingers crossed for both Vít and Lukáš this weekend at the European Cup in Alytus !!!

As expected, she dominated the women's 10km race Anežka Drahotová in training time 49: 19min. None of the other competitors was able to "force" her to a faster pace, because the second Slovak competitor visiting Brno Alžbeta Ragasová 52: 36min she lost more than 3 minutes on it and also the third in the women's race, constantly improving Stepanka Pohlova-Kucerova 53: 46min, he will have to "step a little" on the gas to get below the magical 50min limit .......

IMG 20190512 230308Overall, the race brought several very nice performances: to the traditional excellent veterans Tomáš Hlavenko (we write about his performance in the article above) with Martin Nedvídek 45: 35min another veteran joined this time Michal Šandera with a significant improvement up to 47: 11min. The youths were pleased with the personal records Petra Duška (year 2001) 47: 45min and only 16 years old Jardy Morávka (year 2003) 49: 01min, on which the coaching manuscript of Ivo Piták is already known.

The highlight of the race was the training of Nadi Dušková, consisting of two sections: 5km in 28: 19min + 10km in 56: 33min.

And finally, the youngest ones: he was very surprised Matěj Piták (year 2007), that name tells me something ..... not to, so notice here: 1km in 5: 07min and half an hour 3km in 17: 12min. And still excellent Adéla Veselková (year 2006) 3km 15: 56min not only over time, but also perfect technique !! Congratulations !! And so on !!!
