The younger brother of Lukáš Gdula. A very clever boy who used to go to training camps with us from time to time. So we already knew Tom and we knew there would be no more serious problems with this smart guy. In 2012, he won both pupils' 3000m walking races at the Czech Championships (indoors and outdoors) and was very able to present himself on longer tracks. Even his running results were not bad. To two titles from the M-CR, Tomáš also added the victory in the walking race at the international student match in Rijeka. Tomáš is no stranger to a bike or cross-country skis, he pleasantly surprised us gymnastically, so he will probably only wash a little with swimming equipment. Systemically and character-wise, he fit in perfectly with us, and he certainly won't be the type to get the boss away. So a good reinforcement for the negotiations.

In 2013, Tomáš became the Czech youth champion in indoor and outdoor walking and set good personal records on all tracks from 3 km to 10 km. His performance growth gives him a great chance to be nominated for next year's World Youth Olympics.
