Activity and job content of the coach of the Czech national team.

• Implements and fulfills the Concept of Representation 2022-2032.

• Coordinates the financing and implementation of the preparation of the representation.

• Designs and implements the system continuity of articles of elite sport towards the representation of the Czech Republic.

• Along the lines of individual sections and groups of disciplines, he implements a conceptual approach in the preparation and development of disciplines.

• Proposes nomination criteria, and based on them, proposes the nomination of athletes, management and support for international events.

• Ensures health and methodical service.

• Collaborates on the creation of the ČAS Term List.

• TR ČAS negotiations (approx. 6-8 times a year).

• Meetings "extended" TR ČAS in key periods of the year (as needed).

• Negotiations at the level of sections (as needed) – national team coach, assistants selected by the head coach of the section, national team coach for youth categories.

1.2. Goals and tasks of TR ČAS in 2023:

1.2.1. The main goal of TR ČAS for the year 2023 is the successful performances of the national team at the key competitions of the year - World Championship, European Championship U23, European Championship U20, European Championship in Walking, World University Games. A secondary goal of TR is the participation of the national team in the EYOF and international matches (U23, U20, U18, U16, litters), as an opportunity to gain representative experience.

1.2.2. Tasks to fulfill the objectives: • Propose, based on performance and prediction of placement, representative selections for representative events. • Ensure quality preparation of selected competitors and representative selections, including medical security. • To achieve an optimal level of motivation of competitors, coaches and security teams. • Optimize the use of funds for the preparation of representatives towards the top events in cooperation with the RSC, VSCM, SCM, Academies and divisions. • To propose optimal nomination criteria for the main events of the year, corresponding to the main objective of TR. • Ensure the quality cast of planned interstate matches according to the nomination criteria.

1.2.3. TR ČAS sets itself the task of fulfilling the tasks set out in the Concept of Representation for the given period. Realize the connection between TR ČAS and individual sections of the senior and junior national team. In cooperation with the youth committee, work on continuity and connection from ČPTM to RSC.
