Rein2The second round of the walking part of the league competition was organized by NSK Sports Walking Prague (pp. Petr and Tomáš Kratochvíl and co-workers) under the auspices of the Mayor of Milovice on a proven kilometer circuit with a slight elevation gain. Except for very warm weather (up to 30 degrees Celsius), everything, despite the necessary hygienic measures, succeeded, including organization, dignified announcement of winners and quick publication of results on the website www.sportovniservis.cz (Mr. Marek Blažek). A bit of statistics: there was probably the highest attendance of all years - 106, of which 61 men and 45 women; 4 guests came from Slovakia (2 women and 2 men), 1 man and 1 woman were unregistered, 11 men and 8 women were unloaded by non-specialists (due to points for clubs). Men from 5 and women from 20 clubs started at 12 km, men from 10 and women from 18 clubs at 13 km. The judging panel was led by the experienced František Párys, 5 men and 1 woman were disqualified, 1 woman did not finish the race due to a muscle injury.

Due to national team duties (Tokyo Olympic Games, Tallinn European Junior Championships), all members of the Czech walking elite (women and men) were missing, so the space for fighting for victory was given to the "second sequence". This, together with the harsh weather, had an effect on the times achieved; the most valuable were achieved by Slovak representatives, professional Dominik Černý, 97 and from women Hana Burzalová, 00 and junior Terézia Kurucová, 05 (she met the limit for participation in the Junior World Championships in Kenya).
