Die Person, die uns alle vereint, die unsere Aktivitäten leitet und koordiniert, ist Trainer IVO PITÁK (Berufstrainer des Sportzentrums des Ministeriums für Bildung, Jugend und Sport und jetzt auch Trainer des Sportgymnasiums Jilemnice). Er begann während seines aktiven Rennsports in der zweiten Hälfte der achtziger Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts als Trainer. Viele seiner Schützlinge nahmen an Olympischen Spielen, Welt- und Europameisterschaften, Welt- und Europacups teil. Wir sind also seit mehreren Generationen die Gruppe und haben auf jeden Fall den Ehrgeiz, die Besten zu sein. Wir haben die Motivation und den großen Willen zum Erfolg, er hat Erfahrung, Wissen und genügend Kraft. Diese Verbindung gibt uns die Chance, in der Sportwelt und international erfolgreich zu sein. Unser Ziel sind Medaillen und unsere Philosophie ist gegeben durch die Aussage: "Es ist nicht wichtig, mitzumachen, sondern zu gewinnen."
